All orders are shipped within 36 hours from our warehouse.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to show movement after you receive the link. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Order Modification
If you wish to modify your order, such as changing the quantity, address or product, we can accommodate this request within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, the order may already be in the shipping process, and modifications will no longer be possible.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your package is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim. Be sure to provide your order number, photos of the packaging (if damaged), photo of the packing slip (missing item claims), and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
Note for Packaging Damage:
We always aim to deliver your items in great condition, and we carefully package every order to ensure they arrive safely. However, please note that if the packaging gets damaged during transit but the item itself remains fully functional, it won’t be eligible for a replacement or refund. Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows that your package has been marked as “Delivered,” but you have not received it, please file a claim directly with the carrier. You will need to provide us with the proof of loss or a formal claim confirmation from the carrier. Claims for packages marked as delivered will not be eligible after 7 days from the delivery date.
Undelivered or Delivered-But-Not-Received Parcels
If a parcel is undelivered due to an insufficient, incorrect, or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement (unless you select the insured shipping option)
This includes situations where delivery attempts fail or the parcel is returned or lost as a result of address errors. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout, as responsibility for address accuracy rests with the customer.
